Shipping + Returns

I want to make your shopping experience with Gypsy Bazaar a pleasant one.  If you are not completely satisfied, let me know and I will work with you to make it right. If there is a problem with a product or a mistake on your order, go to the contact page and send me a detailed message and I will get back you.

U.S. SHIPPING

I offer free shipping for all domestic orders (U.S. only, except Hawaii and Alaska) over $50. For orders under $50, I offer USPS First Class shipping for U.S. orders. I also offer UPS 2-day Air for expedited shipments.

RETURNS

I will accept returns within 14 days after the original purchase date. I can refund your order in full, minus shipping. For more information, please use our Contact form. If you have gone beyond 14 days since your purchase, I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to return your item, it must be in the same condition you received it. To expedite this process, please fill out our Contact form to request a return. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange not due to an incorrect or damaged item. Please be able to track your package, as Gypsy Bazaar will not be responsible for lost or stolen return shipments. If I sent you the wrong or a damaged item, I will take care of return shipping and ship a replacement at no additional charge to you.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Items purchased at sale price will be refunded at the same price as purchased. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the item to be processed.

EXCHANGES

If you receive a defective or damaged item, and you need to exchange it for the same item, please use our Contact form.
